Staff in shop were helpful and left us to browse at leisure and offered advice when needed. Really pleased with the fitting of our carpet and the carpet itself. The fitters were friendly and professional. Will def use again

Although still in the looking stage I visited to find carpet the sales person serving was friendly and helpful I been back a couple times and as we in able to make mined up and beeing a tricky customer who looks at the same ones going back and forth in the shop multiple times to see what goes with what the sales person is very patient and happy to work with us to fined the right carpet.I can't comment on any of the other services like fitting as we haven't got that far yet but really worth a visit if you're looking for carpet.They have a big range of brands and types of carpets with a big range of colours.

Have had quite a few carpets fitted by Carpet & Fabrics Direct over the years, every time very helpful staff and always willing to let you have plenty of samples to borrow so you can choose at home. Every Carpet fitter that has been to fit is very respectful and polite and do a brilliant job.

Very helpful staff, more options than you can shake a stick at and highly competitive prices. They offer a good old fashion quality of service that other local shops fail to offer. They were at pains to ensure we got what we wanted and once decided and priced up we were given things like gripper and door grippers. Wasn't used to entice us it was given as added value. So once your happy with what you want at the price your happy with you get some extra value. We'll be back, better than other stores where we felt short changed. Well done.
