Dreadful experience suffered by my partner on Friday 8th March. The young female assistant was extremely rude, brusque & uncaring. We won?t be using this pharmacy again.

In all honesty I CANNOT recommend this pharmacy. I went to pick up a repeat prescription only to be told that it wasn't due. An error had been made BY THEM stating the date was due for the following month. The total delay of my prescription was ONE WEEK. I ran out of medication that is imperative, due to their error. Their attitude was totally indifferent and uncaring. I know they're really busy but there is no room for error when dealing with people's health.

Tiny chemist having to deal with thousands of customers. They do extremely well and always have a smile for people. Helpful staff who do their best.

I'm impressed!The closure of the pharmacy in Glastonbury high street has caused a large surge in the amount of people coming through their doors , so I expected a long wait.It didn't happen .I was in and out relatively quickly, served politely( as usual). Well done ladies!!The trick is check on and avoid the busy times .

Whilst working away from home I needed an emergency supply of drugs. Emergency drugs were sourced and reserved by local Glastonbury GP to be collected at BOOTS Vine centre, Street. When I arrived at BOOTS at Street to get the drugs there was a large queue outside the pharmacy.....don't know why!!When I finally get to the counter I was told that they hadn't reserved these emergency drugs but issued them to another patient. ?They said that they could order in these EMERGENCY DRUGS!! They seemed to miss the point that they were EMERGENCY DRUGS. When asked for assistance to find another supply they said they couldn't help.0 out of 10 for BOOTS, STREETAnnoyed but not surprised as they obviously don't care about anything but profit ?

I?d read the other reviews and was a bit hesitant to go in. I needed a flu jab, so I gave it a go. I went around 9:30 on a Monday morning. Don?t believe all the negative reviews. They were lovely when I phoned (4 stars because it was a bit of a challenge to get someone to answer - I tried for several days). But once there, I walked right up to the counter. I was told to have a seat. I waited maybe 10 minutes before Haley (apologies if I?ve misspelled her name) helped me and was very friendly and professional. Overall, a good experience with this Boots Pharmacy!

I?ve been 3 times in the last month and you are always ?closed for lunch?. Which appears to be any time between 12 and 2. Can you please change your sign on the door to show when you should actually be shut and open so I don?t waste another lunch break. Thank you ?

Change the opening hours on the door and online to reflect that you are closed between 1 pm and 2pm. After checking your (mis)information today, I wasted my lunch hour sat in the carpark! Easy fix.

Chemist accused me of lying about walking to GP surgery to order my meds (GP receptionists told me it was cleared and ready to collect 5 minutes before) After I got the GP practice manager to go and tell the Chemist I was not LYING the Chemist called my GP behind my back to reduce monthly prescription collect to a WEEKLY collect without reason or consent from me just to make my life difficult. Rude, disorganised, judgemental and apparently vindictive too

The pharmacy seems unable to order prescription items in advance even though they get the same prescription each week . It doesn?t seem that it would be that difficult to order them the day before so the items are ready promptly on the morning of collection. Changing pharmacies as a result of this poor service.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL?!!!Really bad attitude from the store manager and EXTREMELY poorly ran ..!!!Needs closing down and re starting with Better trained end more effectively qualified staff with better costumer skills ..!!!
