Appalled and disgusted with recent trips to this shop... They put out such a vast amount of damaged, tired, well worn clothes, by far the worst of all the charity shops in the local area... This morning I popped in and looked at the cookery books. I found a book I like priced at £5 (more than any other charity shop). So I asked the lady serving why it was so expensive when all of the other books were priced at £2 on the shelf and the same book was only £2.69 (many priced at £3 also) with free delivery on Ebay. She called to the manager to ask and explained. The Manageresses called back "I suggest she buys it off Ebay then"!!! I have never experienced such rudeness in a high street shop, combined with the damaged and well worn stock they sell at high prices I don't think I'll bother going back in there again which is a shame as all of the rest of the shop staff are really lovely and very friendly...
