Extremely helpful staff. Thank you to the kind assistant who, after much ringing around, managed to locate the dress I loved in my size at the Canterbury store and to my amazement, it arrived the following day! My takeaway from my visit this morning was that the changing rooms are really dirty. The skirtings clearly haven't been dusted for a very long time, the carpet needed vacuuming and there were buttons and pop-socks discarded by the side of the seat. I could only see one assistant and she was serving when I left, otherwise I'd have said something. Not very nice and not what I would expect from Hobbs.
