Well stocked clean and pleasant shop of discount and shorter dated products?helpful and friendly staff and friendly customer service?they make lovely drinks there too with some seating available (limited)?worth a visit for some treats!

Came away from their shop feeling very disappointed. They were selling packs of drinking chocolate for their velvetiser, supposedly on offer. On checking, they were not on offer but passed the best before date! I accept the product is possibly fine to consume but it is a very underhanded and misleading way to clear out of date stock. I expected better from Hotel Chocolat!

As we have a large Hotel Chocolat store nearby to where we live, we were disappointed at the choice of stock. Poor selection and short shelf life of the chocolates - bought 2 small boxes in June to be used by August!

First of all I want everyone to ask the staff there about their specialty..the milk and the produce..we had a dark chocolate shake, chocolate ice cream and the best of all billioner sundae..all of them were awesome..real taste..not a liking for all sweet teeth.. but it's really good for whom who will like real taste..

Good shop In Clarks Village.Friendly and welcoming staff.Good range of items on sale.Little cafe to get a drink or an ice cream.Seating outside.Store is clean and tidy and easy to get around with a pushchair when it's not busy.Store is well laid out and has lots of stock on the shelves.Bright and airy.

Chocolate. Would've been 5* but not free sample and very short sell by dates on items so unable to get Xmas presents yet.
