So, so disappointing. Have booked 2 appointments both of which have been cancelled on the day. One was rearranged and the treatment I had was good (hence the 2 stars). I have to book childcare at an additional cost so cancellations last minute cost me more. I get the impression that clients are prioritised ? if you are looking for a reliable salon..... ????

CACI facial - excellent treatment from Kelly. It was the first time we'd met, she was very professional, knowledgeable & personable. Lovely venue, very relaxing. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended.

I had a build in a bottle overlays by Kelly. The whole experience was great, the salon is very covid friendly and I felt totally at ease and very relaxed during my treatment. Very pleased with my nails and will definitely be returning. :)Service: Manicure

I've been a couple of times recently for back massages (one with Kelly and one with Holly). 5 Star treatments on both occasions. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

The massage itself was lovely and the perfect pressure was applied but there were a couple of things that were not so great. The towels were thin and scratchy, there was not enough padding around the head hole, the towels weren't big enough so my feet got cold and i generally didnt feel warm and snug.So without looking at this in a really negative manner, it just merely boils down to getting some new big, thick fluffy towels ?

I had a facial and back massage booked with Holly.On arrival I waited outside to be collected, Holly was welcoming and friendly.The facial was very relaxing and also very thorough so that was really nice. The products smelt amazing and I loved the seasonal face-mask (Pumpkin)The massage was relaxing and I was so sleepy after the treatment.Holly gave great customer service and attended to all my needs and concerns!I will be definitely returning. And Highly recommend Beautylicious for their friendliness, good customer service, cleanliness and overall atmosphere.

Great to be back in the salon again! Kirsty was as friendly and professional as always with all the Covid safety regulations in place. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I had a brow wax and shellac nails and was very pleased to have finally had some pampering! I would highly recommend this salon and look forward to going back again very soon!

I have been visiting Beautylicious now for a couple of years, the service and treatments are first class.. I have my eyebrows waxed every few weeks and the girls always go an amazing job! I am forever getting compliments on my brows.

This salon is a hidden gem in the heart of taunton Town..the ladies that work here are lovely, and offer the most professional beauty treatments.I myself have had many treatments here, shellac nails to body waxing. I?m made to feel welcome from the moment I walk in the door and I?m always pleased with my treatments.Multistorey parking near by is an added bonus.

I have been coming to Kelly for the last 12 years and I have never been disappointed with any treatments I have had and would recommend Beautylicious to anyone wishing to have any beauty treatments. They are the number one salon in the South West in my opinion.
