Full disclosure this business didn't work on my car.BUTthe reason why I am writing this review is to talk about their rudeness when I rang up to talk about painting my car.I described what I wanted done & asked if that was something they would be able to do. The person who I spoke to gave me a VERY sarcastic reply saying "we are an autobody shop" I then asked about costs (I told him what car I had) which he very rudely stated "it's not a cheap job" so I had to ask a few more times for a rough cost before he told me. I also felt he was instantly assuming I couldn't afford it which was werid because how can you tell that from speaking to someone over the phone for a few minutes? But this is only thing I can think of as to why he was so reluctant to give me an approximate price. I am more than capable to spend the couple of thousand he quoted me for the job but with this guy's attitude there was just no way I was giving this business a penny! Despite the good reviewsI just think the first rule of business/customer service is: don't make a potential customer feel stupid for asking questions. We're not experts that's why we go to professionals in the first place. Also don't be rude, cocky, arrogant or unpleasant on the phone it's just unnecessary.

Technically speaking, they did a great job repairing a damaged bumper. Disappointing on the customer care side though... Absolutely tipping it down and asked for a run into town (1k down the road). Apparently "that is not something that we do". When I collected, a comment was made about how drenched I was, err, yep, well, no thanks to you fellow human being!
