I have been getting my prescriptions from here for years. Yesterday I went In and the new store manager was serving. When she looked my prescription up on the computer she told me that it would be a half day wait as she was too busy to do it!! She then recommended I take my prescription somewhere else if I needed it urgently. For a health centre to treat people with such disregard is atrocious! Whatever happened to the place. Going down hill so rapidly.

This place is really BAD you can order a prescription a week in advance and they still don't have it ready for collection. So slow terrible service here!

Regardless of when PatientAccess app says prescription has been approved, be advised to order prescriptions at least a week in advance of collection, to give them time to authorise etc. otherwise it mightn't be ready.

The service at french Weir is nothing short of awful. Not only do they make it hard for you to arrange medications and prescription pick ups, they make you feel bad for asking.

My family have been getting medication from this pharmacy for very many years. In all that time the staff have consistently provided a service that is competent, respectful and professional. I have witnessed staff having to deal with impatient, difficult customers at times, but the staff have maintained their professional composure throughout.Incidentally, I have always found the staff will answer the phone and when they do I always apologise for ringing as I know they are virtually always very busy.We never go anywhere else for our prescriptions.Shame you can only give five stars, thank you, all of you.

Absolutely terrible. Nobody ever answers the fone it just constantly rings out. Whats the point of needing urgent prescriptions when they dont even pick up the fone

Pharmacy at French weir health centre staff Extremely helpful went above and beyond what they had to do especially one member of staff unfortunately I don't know her name making calls and sorting out a problem I had with a prescription all with a smile and happy attitude think she deserves a reward of some sort. all the other staff were helpful as well alot of others would have just sent me away they were amazing
