Been with Natwest for nearly 16 years, never had any issues with the bank, staff are always there to help. Never waited for more than 10 minutes to see someone.

Dreadful redesign since moving. Wait times are ridiculous. If you have a problem with one of the automatic systems in the machines and need to speak to an actual person you will need to book the next 2 hrs off work. The whole thing just looks temporary and uncared for. Been a NatWest customer since I was 10 years old but I canâ??t susatin dealing with this branch so reckon Iâ??ll switch to a bank that has a normal level of customer service. Awful bank branch.

Closes too early and there isnt any way to get money in to my account when the doors are shut. The banking system is a total shambles in this day and age. Ill have to come in the morning now and be late for work!!

I was appalled by the new arrangement of nat west in Taunton. I called in to pay some bills and was greeted with a woman with an ipad - a sort of meet and greet. Is this a restaurant? She informed me I would have to sit down and wait to be called. There were no visible cashiers although some people sitting for a long time behind bar stools looking at data with presumably nat west staff. I gathered there was one person in front me and one after. After about 20 mins I left, neither the person before me having been seen and the one after saying he was going to change his bank. I did not realise that this was the case in Taunton, normally I bank in Minehead, so I incurred late charges on all my bills some of which were waived when I complained. but really where is the customer service?

Love that you can deposit money quickly at machines but if you want to see someone it's a long wait, staff wandering around, very annoying when they could be put on a till to alleviate wait

If you have a spare hour or two to spare (or waste) go here!! I have tried all sorts of different times to get the money out weekly for the four disabled people I support. It is beyond my understanding that they only have two tills available yet up to five people wandering about with headpieces on trying to get people to go online. The manager does her absolute best in trying to keep her customers happy but when you are in a queue for an hour in a building that has no air conditioning she is up against it. The staff are good enough but whoever made the desicion to go to just two tills needs a check up. The RBS nearby is closing in a month and all of their customers are being told to use this NatWest branch! God help us...
Please someone from NatWest head office fix this problem or other people will do what I am doing....LEAVE!!

Friendly and helpful staff, quite a large queue can build up, as only two people behind the counter, there are a few self service machine's. Myself I like to deal with a person rather then a machine.

Called in to Taunton branch on a saturday, all inside self serve tills offering limited service because of technical issues in process of being fixed, What was disappointing, was the slow moving que growing out the door, because only two out of the three counters manned,
2 stars are awarded for the 2 staff on the counter working flat out!
Minus 3 for the poor planning of 3 manned tills & effectivr managemen of allocating resources,
