Poor service. Terrible systems. Their system didn't book the appointment, but this was my problem, not theirs. According to the person on the phone, this does this a lot. A competitor will get my business from now on.

With macular in both eyes any eye test and the glasses I need is a challenge! Specsavers again rose to that challenge! Very pleased and will be back in 2024!

It was easy to book an appointment on line.I find spec savers a lot less pushy when it comes to buying glasses than vision express as I like to buy online to save money.Everyone was really helpful.There always seems to be a lot of time spent sitting around in the waiting room compared to how long the eye test takes.It’d...
