Dirty toilets toilet paper all over the floor 3 inner toilet centres thrown on floor reported it to manager who didn't care a dam that was discusting for a Starbucks coffee store they also expected us to accept a paper cup after paying for a proper cup to drink it inside lve never been treated like this before in a Starbucks coffee store

I no longer use this Starbucks. I went in with my daughter although the coffee is good, the place is disgustingly dirty and the toilets are the worst. Looking back through reviews, cleanliness seems to be a long standing problem for this Starbucks.

Lovely chai latte soy!spacious lovely and friendly staff.tables were cleaned up and the tea was so delicious.The kids enjoyed it too.The coffe was good too and the location is very convenient,right in the city center.

Haven't been here for a while to be honest, because last two times I went the taste wasn't there. But last time I went the coffee was spot on!! Probably the best Mocha Frap I've ever had!

Fresh coffee. Great feeling of welcome. I didnt think much of the self-serve counter for takeaway coffee as cleanliness did not seem to be a top priority.

of course the coffee is good it's Starbucks... this starbucks needs a really good deep clean, it's dirty,floors.. walls...tables...chairs all gross and the toilets smell of urine.
