Despite calling in advance to check its ok to drop donations off I am met with rude staff. Sighing and never a thank you. I actually feel that I've done something wrong. A lovely manager though. I don't get this in any other charity shop in Taunton so I won't return to Sue Ryder again

I like to try to support the Sue Ryder charity, my day was in one of their hospices back on 1984 just before he passed away. They are very reasonably priced, good quality, I try to shop here as often as I can, nice staff too. ? xx

Rude staff.on three ovations I e dropped off donations. Monmore. Each time they've been progressively more rude. Once, even sighing and saying that she'd take it as a favour as she had too much!
Today she asked me to take a toy away from my careful 4 year old as she didn't want it damaged. How does one decide whether a toy will be suitable then. Plain rude.
