Colin was brilliant! Really helped us to get through the myriad of options and things we'd missed when renovating three rooms. Helpful when trying to decide between various styling choices, without pushing and letting us make our own decisions.Also really helped with logistics of ordering, returns process etc to suit our project timelines. Had a bad start to the day thanks to the most unhelpful individual at the recycling centre 6 (most there are lovely) went to Topps Tiles feeling a little miffed when Steve started helping us. Steve went about and beyond was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Left having bought exactly what we needed and the interaction has made my day. Totally forgot about the miserable so and so from this morning. Go Steve!

Excellent help from Colin (again!) at the Taunton store. We had a shoddy tiling job done and were left with what appeared to be dirty tiles. After trying to clean them up for some time we approached Colin who advised us that it sounded like a film of grout and adhesive (known as 'tile haze') and normal washing would not remove it. He recommended Topps' 'First Wash' residue remover which did just what is says on the bottle and cleaned up the tiles beautifully.Many thanks Colin
