For such a large team the customer service is dreadful. You almost feel like it's an inconvenience when collecting a prescription or making a purchase. Really poor, all round.

Absolutely wonderful for me!I have a very complicated carrier bag full of meds once a month, with others along the way. It changes quite frequently and cant be a complete nightmare to get right. Wedmore are the only pharmacy who have consistently got it all right in a timely manner. There are many closer pharmacy's to me than Wedmore, but none of them have been able to cope with my medication, so it's worth the journey.They are always friendly and helpful. The advice I have been given from the pharmacists has always been great too.The shop itself is well stocked with a good variety of things you might need and gifts. They are well priced too, often beating the prices of online retailers and main highstreet shops.

The worst pharmacy in Somerset. So sad as this used to be a very good pharmacy. But the staff are very rude, and they are so slow, they don?t bother to come out from the back where they are all drinking tea and talking and they can see there are lots of people waiting to be served. The pharmacist Is useless and I wanted to make a complaint, she wouldn?t come out from the back and made the girl serving behind the till to sort it out for her whilst she mouthed what to do and then went back to giggling in the back with the rest of the staff. It?s so unorganised in there and they also have got prescriptions wrong for my mother on numerous occasions. Since walking in there yesterday I?ve felt so stressed due to the service I received. Horrible place!

Went in to get antibiotics and rang the bell outside as requested if you have tested positive for Covid. A staff member saw me and totally ignored me and walked over to another customer and I then went in saw the number to phone and phoned and a woman brought my prescription out and was very rude and abrupt. My daughter in the meantime had tried to pick the prescription up as when she had tried before me she was told 45 minute wait. A worker then had a go about me going in so I felt compelled to phone and she said she?d had to do a deep clean as I?d walked in and out. With a mask on and not touching anything which was utter rubbish as they couldn?t have done that in the 10 minutes between me and my daughter going in.Also why have a sign up saying ring the bell and the only one to ring is an alarm reset and I?m stood waiting for someone to come out!! How do your customers know that the bell has been stolen as I was told on the phone. They all seem very rude and so slow as I went in a few weeks ago and 6 people working and the lady in front of me was served and no one attempted to serve me and the lady in front waited for ages. I think I will stick to my usual pharmacy in Axbridge in future. Always a smile and willing to go the extra mile.

Unfortunately I have today been forced to make a formal complaint to the pharmacy, the NHS and the parliamentary ombudsman. NO staff wearing masks except the staff member at the counter 'half wearing a mask, below her nose' (it is statistically unlikely that 100% of staff in an organisation would be exempt). I had returned at the time advised (a day later) to collect a prescription and some LF tests because these were not ready the day before (when they were due) again today, they were not ready, a third journey will now be required. When I asked why nobody was wearing masks, I was told that if I don't like it I can go elsewhere. This pharmacy is disorganised, the staff and especially the woman claiming to be the manager/boss is rude and most shockingly this pharmacist that flouts the best health advise around COVID. If we cannot rely on Pharmacies to get this right, who can we rely on. I undesrtand that This is the ONLY pharmacy in the area, but this cannot be an excuse for such rude ands abrasive behaviour.

Well done to all the staff at this busy pharmacy. I brought my sister in law for a Covid booster. We had to queue as she hadn't been able to get an appointment on 119. The staff worked quickly and efficiently sorting out flu jabs, covid appointments and walk-ins. It was very busy but an hour later she was jabbed and walked away very happy.Thank you.

I have found the pharmacy staff to be friendly, welcoming and helpful. I never have to wait and the staff have been very knowledgeable and taken care to find out what I was after in order to suggest good solutions. A great resource in Wedmore.

Good service today. My prescription medication was in stock and staff were friendly. Although, whilst waiting for my prescription to be dispensed I did notice there was one member of staff who was incapable of working independently, even answering basic customer questions was not possible!
