Booked my caravan in for a service. A bit more expensive than the previous companies I have used and the experience was not great. The front of house staff are very friendly and helpful but the technical side of it was shocking. When I collected the caravan I discovered that they had overwound my stabiliser hitch, which was totally jammed. Three technicians failed to fix it and one damaged it further by jamming a screwdriver into it, dislodging some of the mechanism. I left it with them overnight and apparently 'the boss' was able to fix it the following day. The chassis and running gear side of the service was not recorded and I had to ask them to check that this had actually been done and to amend the check sheet. I am still not convinced this was done. No apology and no admission that they got it wrong. I won't be coming back.

This was our 1st phone call to ask many questions about motorhome purchases.They couldn't be more helpful or professional.We went to the store and purchased nothing as we was advised by Apple campers. They gave the best advice ever.We came back a few days later as I had scratched the motorhome. A knowledge bump.They took the motorhome and serviced, habitation check. The damage was sorted also.What a team. They made us so welcome. Our dog Daisy was the star in the store.A family business that gives 1000% and more.Would absolutely recommend the whole service they offer.We came in as customers and left as friends.Well done team Apple

Iv used Apple campers for many years now & have always received 100% 5 star service , Always happy to help even with minor little issues that iv just popped by with & not booked in for, someone will always come out and assist me there & then .For all your motorhome,,camper or caravan needs , id highly reccomend Apple campers as your first call .

Nothing has been been too much trouble, even though we have an older Motorhome the Team at Apple have always helped us keeping it tidy and clean when ever we are booked in for work and Annual checks. We would not use anyone else. Claire and Paul
