  Today I had the experience of a DHL driver blatantly disregarding the 20mph speed zone in Trull, Somerset. À brands reputation is also built on how it respects and serves the communities in which it operates. DHL please do more to educate and inform your drivers. For this reason I, for one, will not be using DHL.

  No counter for parcels. The only staff trained to handling DHL was not avaliable. Other staff advised I go elsewhere
