Moved here from Rugby where DO was open 7 days up to 10 hours so big culture shock to such restricted hours. But DO staff friendly, and local postie round Keward totally first class, hence 5 stars!

Seems Wells sorting office have made themselves impossible to talk to. They claim to have tried to deliver a parcel - we have been in all day - and no longer leave a card saying where the parcel is so I can collect it, or a direct phone number. They also want to charge me to 're-deliver' the parcel they failed to deliver in the first place!
Well done, Royal Mail! no wonder you're about to go bust.

Royal Mail is so confusing for the elderly !!All my parcels have taken 8 days !!This week 2 days ,was away in Southampton to my horror a message said today ?rushed back because our postman gets to us about 3 pm -4 pm.Missed them ? he came 2-45?Thought well they normally just puts it by the door in community hall way and don?t even knock or use communal door bell??.Oh no not this time.We definitely need more help with delivery dates and a time space like other parcel deliveries!

A year ago I would have given these 5* however sadly I have since spent the last 8 months with post not arriving, being posted at the wrong house even though it was addressed right I received a registered parcel that was posted in February and I got it on 2nd May but my caring local sorting offices advice we can't help disgusting really disappointed
