With reference to Liam Skinners' post, I booked for the massage on the 11th June (after 31st May deadline) with yourselves, and informed you that I had a Groupon voucher. At no point was I told this was no longer valid, regardless of the fact no email had been received from the old owners. I even asked if you needed the code and you said no, just bring the voucher to your appointment.Therefore you were informed by myself and you failed to inform me at the time that the voucher was not valid, nor did you record this information.Regardless of this, I did not find out until I arrived and parked up for the app, when i picked up the voice message you left me whilst I was driving.I felt you could have taken some responsibility for the mix-up especially as I informed you of the voucher when I booked. You also could have taken into account the fact I only found out once I arrived, and there appeared to be little awareness of this inconvenience but instead seemed more concerned with passing blame onto others by stating I was a Groupon client and not a Your Body Business client, which (regardless if contractually true) is hardly the point as you were to conduct a massage as I was your customer at that point, it was the old owners responsibility, and even more insultingly saying that you hoped it wouldn't affect my view of the new owners.I would have greatly appreciated some kind of recognition that a mistake had been made on your part as well as others, and some kind of gesture such as a discounted massage would have gone a long way in satisfying me that you did care that a mix-up had occured, however I have been left feeling entirely the opposite. I am sorry but this is all really poor customer service.For the record, my friend contacted Groupon and they were very helpful and swiftly refunded him.

I love getting my nails done here. They offer reasonably priced shellac manicures and pedicures. Also Fab offers each season. All staff friendly and lovely environment. Recommended!
