STAY AWAY USE AO OR A LOCAL SMALL COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.
The worst company I have ever dealt with after spending around £4000 in the last couple of years on several products they refuse to give me the £150 Cashback I am due for buying a fridge freezer and washing machine at the same time as purchasing my broadband through them. 4 Months ago I made these purchases and after going back and fourth to their store 6/7 times and countless hours on the phone to their ?customer service team? I am still yet to receive the Cashback! The only reason I brought my broadband and all of the white goods from them was for the deal stated which it is quite clear I will NEVER receive.

Absolutely shocking customer service by Theo and Christopher. Tried to purchase a PC with gift cards which Theo said was ok. Could not purchase PC using love2shop card which Theo said would be ok initially. Then said we couldn?t use it. Apparently you can only use them in store???looked around and said ?errrr, we are sat in a Currys store?. Christopher apparently the shop floor manager came over and he was SO dismissive and all he said was there was nothing he could do and walked off. Zero customer service. Would not recommend Yeovil store. Spoke to customer service when we got home and they agreed that the approach taken by Christopher was well below what they expect and there were workarounds that the store could have done.

Incompetent staff who are not interested in customer care. After 3 visits they have still not resolved a simple replacement for a faulty new phone. Please update the website; you close at 6pm and not 7pm.

I must agree that it is SO frustrating that no one seems to answer the phone ever!I have just taken on a new contract and I feel like just taking it straight back because when no one acknowledges your call and that annoying music comes on it?s so annoying. Now they have just cut me off after waiting for 10 mins!!

What a disgrace... I went in with the intention of getting a phone. Sale I was commited in. Yet there was 2 'untrained staff' according to them. 1 person dealing with someone and one person just standing there doing nothing. I asked after 10 minutes of waiting is she busy and can she help. She said she wasn't trained. The other lady said she'd be there in 5 mins. 25 mins later no one came and she was so slow with the other customer. I then said how long is it going to be as I've been waiting over 30 minutes. She then said another 20 mins. I then said. Okay we will go somewhere else and I walked out. It was beyond a joke in there
