The staff member who sorted my laptop issue was polite and knowledgeable. Once I had left my laptop he said he would get back to me within a couple of hours, which he did. Ready for collection the same day. An excellent service.

I Facebook Messaged Computer Doctor regarding a cable that I needed just before Christmas. Unfortunately they had sold out. However they were extremely quick to reply, so from a customer service perspective full marks.

After they successfully replaced a screen on my wife's laptop, she took it back to them for another repair as they seemed trustworthy.Unfortunately my wife took it in again just before the first lockdown. When the shop finally opened they informed us it had been lost.Don't trust these clowns.

Initially I was happy with the repairs done when the screen went blank on my tablet. Fixed in a few days. However, the same thing happened within weeks so I left it with them over the holidays for repair, eventually the chap told me I needed a new motherboard but it would be cheaper to just replace the entire tablet. Sound advice perhaps, however the tablet was still connecting to the WiFi! So I followed a tutorial, plugged in a loose wire and fixed the blank screen myself in under 5 minutes. There is nothing else wrong with the device.I find this subpar service disappointing and therfore cannot recommend them.

TLDR: They lied about testing my PC. Gave it back still broken. Charged me £50I would like to add first that this was roughly a year ago. I'm not one to usually leave bad reviews but even after a year it still irked me how awful their service was, so I came back to leave my feedback.I had a very unique issue with my PC. One of the cores of my CPU had broken and it was causing strange effects including image distortion and sound distortion. Now I had a rough idea what the issue was because the only thing I couldn?t test was the CPU, however a single core being broke is pretty rare and I would have never expected that to be the result. I called computer doctor and specifically informed them that I had investigated everything except for the CPU. So, the last thing to check for was the CPU but I didn't have any spares to swap it out. They picked up my computer, took it back their shop. I gave them a call to ask how it was going and they said they can't find what the issue is. I SPECIFICALLY asked if they had replaced the CPU to see if that was the issue. They informed me the issue can't be caused by the CPU. Then when I asked again for them to replace the CPU, they LIED TO ME. THEY LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY REPLACED THE CPU AND IT DID NOTHING. Now I would have accepted if they just said "we have no compatible CPUs to test if the CPU is the thing at fault". That would have at least sounded professional. However, that is not what they did. They decided instead of checking the one thing I wanted them to check they wanted to lie to me and tell me that they had, because they were that confident that the issue was not the CPU. They gave back my computer and charged me £50 for essentially lying to me. Now if I was a trusting person, I would have assumed the CPU was perfectly fine. However, I ordered a new CPU and after replacing it with the faulty one the PC worked fine. So, if I would have taken the lie to heart, I would have had a very large paper weight in my room. I would also like to add that I sent the faulty CPU back to Intel and they gave me a replacement because they instantly confirmed the CPU was broken.I don't always expect PC places to repair my stuff. Sometimes the issue is bigger than they can handle. I have never even used a PC repair place because I?m extremely capable of fixing most issues myself. However, at the time I did not have a spare CPU to see if that was the issue so I thought I would give computer doctor a try. So, as you can tell I am incredibly disappointed by their service and if you have any issue that is above simple maintenance, I would not recommend these guys.Edit: Even after a year they reply telling me it was not the CPU and claim the review is not genuine. I literally got a replacement CPU by INTEL themselves. They confirmed the 4th core of the CPU was damaged. This just helps to prove my point that these guys are not capable of fixing an issue above basic maintenance. I agree that it is odd I?m leaving a review 1 year later but like I made clear in my review, even a year later the fact that the company lied to me about what they had attempted to fix irked me and I felt people should know they aren't afraid to lie about what they've tried fixing on your PC. I also enjoy the claim the review is not genuine. Please, what benefit do I get leaving a negative review? Why on earth would I take addtional effort to leave a fake review? At least claim what you did wrong instead of brushing a negative review off as not genuine.

Took my pc in on the 14th July, got it back within 2 days. Very good service would use Computer doctor again in the future. Reasonable price, knowledgeable staff and very professional 10/10.
