I phoned the Yeovil number to get an appointment to discuss my ISAs but my call was taken by a remote phone (HQ?) who were useless. After endless talk I was told Yeovil did not give appointments and I should just go there and speak to someone. 30 miles there and 30 miles back. Halifax are keen to have my savings but there is no longer a human to give me advice. I will be looking elsewhere to move my money.

Staff were rude to my wife and wasn't the first time I have experienced this. Sadly will be moving my money elsewhere. Shame as I prefer a high street bank to an online presence but not with this attitude. Manners cost nothing!

Went in to change address having tried to do it over the phone and being told I need to do it in bank, I then drove over 20 miles to the nearest branch.... they were worse than unhelpful.. and despite having my credit card and my photocard driving license with the new address on it they still insisted on something else with my address on!! Umm I have just moved!! So sod am they can wait...

The staff are very friendly. I went to visit the mortgage advisor Tracey. She was very friendly and helpful. She was aware of what I wanted from my mortgage; from what I described to her. She was able to show me a options to suit my needs of payments. A big thank you to Tracey.

Brilliant customer service.
I dealt with the general manager as they seemed a bit short staffed but still didn't wait long, and was dealt with every question I had brilliantly.
Shame I'm not local to this branch as i would use this all the time
