Absolutely disgraceful staff!!! Went in there at 10:00am on the 17th of June and again at 13:30. The staff were openly mocking customers, whether it was how they walked, spoke or what they bought. Every single one of the staff were like this! They would follow you around the store and pretend to be putting something on the shelves but really they were stood behind you making fun of you to the other staff. Two staff in the changing rooms were just as bad, one of them, a younger male, mocked a young girls walk after showing her to the locker ( he wasn?t one to mock, he was as sassy as they come?) Whilst you were in the locker room you could hear them at the other end of the hall talking badly about customers and, again, mocking them. They lady behind the desk in the changing rooms was also rude as when I went up to her for direction she put her head down and ignored me. It is clear that this shop is only into hiring ex mean/popular girls/boys from secondary school, as this is what they still act like!! I think whoever hires these employees needs to assess their personality and interaction with customers before employing them, they clearly have not done that OR they are happy to drive customers away with their childish employees customer service skills! It amazes me that the staff think they have the audacity to do this.I first noticed the rudeness at the end of my first shop, there were two young ladies behind the checkout and there was already one customer on the right hand side, so I went off to the left, I waited for the lady to speak to me to signal it was ok to put my shopping on the counter for her to scan , but as I stood cluelessly in front of the counter she blatantly ignored me and did not even redirection me to the other counter politely. They were both miserable, rude and unwelcoming showing terrible customer service skills.So, I went off to the other counter the lady was not polite in any way, but at least she did not ignore me. She scanned my shopping and asked me if I wanted a bag, I said yes, and carried on scanning more shopping, she then asked again if I wanted a bag and I replied yes, again. As I was saying yes she folded up my clothes and chucked them on the counter with the receipt on top and then wandered off, NO BAG!!I left the shop thinking she made a mistake but when I re entered later on and they saw me again they were loudly mocking and talking about it as if she did it on purpose, this happened all throughout my time shopping (not just about the bag, but everything about you and your every move. from your looks, speech, posture, walk, what you bought and god knows what else) They also forgot the bag again on purpose, i assume ?for jokes?. Their behaviour was clearly a front for insecurity ,they are extremely sad individuals lmao. These staff need to be humbled, why do they think they have the audacity to speak/act like this, their managers need to get rid of them or teach them how to do their jobs properly!DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to come out feeling terrible about yourself.This is a shame as the staff here are usually welcoming and polite.these staff are all the same and basic in the way the look and act, they are also all of a similar age, where is the diversity H&M? Hire people off of their personality and attitude to work, instead of clones of one terrible and cruel employee!!SORRY TO BE A KAREN.

Good choice of summer clothes. Mainly aimed at the younger generation but there was some lovely shirts for older females too.

The staff at H&M Yeovil are always friendly and helpful, one of my favourite places to shop for this reason!
