Been using Screwfix since they came to Droitwich Spa. The staff are amazing, always have a smile and literally can't be helpful enough. Yesterday went in and bought a couple of floor standing fans and as always Helen was super helpful even helped me get the Screwfix app on my mobile whilst I was there. So pleased to have Screwfix to go to now instead of the look of absolute fear you used to get at Homebase if you dare ask a member of staff a question. Keep up the great work.

Disgusting service from start to finish - took over 1hr to order a tub of branded paint from Nadia at the call centre, price was more expensive than BandQ which is owned by the same company kingfisher but exploit customers by charging different prices for the same item ! Raised concerns with head office, Louise Rose, who was very dismissive of GDPR laws, disability discrimination act, employment laws, and kept saying she ?didn?t know? the answer to anything, very incompetent staff and belittling - wouldn?t recommend this company at all

Never get you stuff delivered screwfix use DPD and are useless. If you want something from screwfix go pick it up yourself!!

Shocking, appalling store experience, not for the first time.Head Office line managers, simply Dont care. Managers tell you, " What THEY want you to hear ". Very poor.I'll buy my products elsewhere, that business IS valued.

Ordered, paid, got delivery confirmation, items missingThey blaim the courier but confirm they havent given it to the courier...will get back to me in 72 hours after a next day order...

I called this company and told them I had moved out and to not send further catalogues I was advised not to worry because the company has now stopped sending these catalogues out and then was called to go and collect the three that they had continue sending out to my previous address and still doing so to this very day

Tried to phone head office about an incident with one of their 44 ton trucks being driving very badly. Asked to speak to transport manager only to be told there is no way to speak to them to put complaint in writing or email. I hope that?s not the way they contact the people the driver kills!!! Terrible service.

On the 30th December I went to your shop in New Milton looking for a lead. I met a lovely lady called Beth. The item I required was out of stock however your Christchurch store had the item in stock.I was not able to drive to Christchurch as I am a full time carer for my husband. I had taken a chance and slipped out hoping to get his TV working.Beth offered to collect it for me in her lunch hour then kindly delivered it to my house after work.I was truly overwhelmed by her kindness and compassion. We haven't lived in this area long and have no family near to help.Everytime I go to your store in New Milton I am greeted by a wonderful member of the team. Amazing bunch of people, willing to go the extra mile.Thank you very muchPatHordle Hampshire

Driver decided the road was to slippy to deliver. ( we had other HGV`s up the same road that day) . delivery slot was offered in 4 days time.

COMPLAINT:just a note of caution to all purchasers:i returned a product today to exchange for an alternate model. The first purchase had not been entered onto my Screwfix card as I would usually do.i taken the product to Worcester branch where I was advised that, even though it was obvious the box had not even been opened, they were not allowed to exchange or refund without a receipt.I was given the details of Screwfix HO to authorise a return & bought the replacement in good faith.I dialed the number, hung on for over 8 minutes to be told, under no circumstances would Screwfix accept a BAND NEW product WITH THEIR PRODUCT CODE on the box if I did not have a receipt.this is usually used as a business account & has volume of transactions on it. This purchase was for private use, which is probably why I did not register it on the Screwfix card.My volume of business means nothing to this firm..............Use ToolStation instead.
