We waited for bunting for the jubilee and because we waited a long time the man running the shop gave me a bag of chocolate buttons for my children to eat really friendly happy and go out of their way for customers

Disgusting customer service. Will never shop here again! Owner is so rude and has no customer skills, as somebody who has worked in shops before I would never argue with a customer over returns. Brought a little girls outfit for a party on a Saturday afternoon for that night which unfortunately was too big, so she wore something else. Went to return the outfit the following day WITH A RECEIPT in the packaging clearly nothing wrong with the dress and refused a refund! He didn?t even look at the item to check it over or check the receipt just kept arguing ?we don?t do refunds? in an aggressive tone. As a young lady he was very intimidating. Also when buying the item nobody told us there was a no return policy (one small hidden sign does not count) as I busy mum with two children shopping in a busy shop this sign went unnoticed also there was nothing on the receipt to state this.

Brilliant shop. Saved the day for my son's lockdown birthday and VE day celebrations. Lots of choice for decorations and costumes for all sorts of occasions. Definitely recommend a visit.

Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery it has currently been 3 days I understand we are in exceptional circumstances but for me to pay that little extra because I needed it sooner and it not to arrive is a little disappointing I will keep this updated with what happens
