Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received. My car has been with Landrover Yeovil for 4 months and the service/management team have no sense of urgency. Numerous incorrect estimates were raised with works that were not required to my vehicle. A formal complaint was raised with the Head Of Business and he responded and said he would be in contact - this never happened. A further formal complaint was then raised with the CEO and this was then finally followed up after sending 2x chase emails. The initial call from the now acting Head Of Business at Yeovil was positive, however after a further couple of conversations you could tell there was no care or remorse to the situation, and accusations were made that were completely untrue. Please avoid this company at all costs, you may be purchasing a premium car but you certainly will not receive premium customer service, nor the basic level of customer service that anyone should deserve.

I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport for my wife from this dealership. A few weeks prior there was a mix up with a car and I almost lost faith. However, Lewis the assistant sales manager restored my trust and I can honestly say I'm very pleased I returned. The vehicle was presented in immaculate condition and I'm more than happy with the service.We'll done guys, I'd certainly highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for their next premium SUV.

Unfortunately, we had a 3 month ordeal just to get the boot to lock. Gareth in service laughed in our face when the wrong part had been ordered. We tried on numerous occasions to contact the manager, he did ring back once then was supposed to call the following day but nothing, we tried ringing ,leaving messages to ring but nothing. This Land Rover branch has really gone downhill. As a customer of Yeovil for many years, we have 2 vehicles but will not be returning to yeovil (not that they will be worried) or a vertu dealer. An official complaint of the full shambolic service we received has been sent in, but no response - what a surprise!

What can I say that has been good.... the service reps when you go into the showroom are helpful.Communication is awful, especially with the service team. Minimal updates and had to ring numerous times without being called back for information on my discovery sport servicing. Not letting me know they are waiting on parts and how long those parts will take to arrive, told could be days, weeks, or months.Took over a week longer to complete the job than anticipated (after being told all parts were in). No offer of a courtesy car and when asked they didn't call back and were unable/unwilling to provide one.Labor costs are extortionate. The service overall was terrible. I genuinely would not consider buying JLR again.My 68 Disco sport has needed a new full DPF (£2.5k) at 50k miles. After less than a week back it went into limp mode and JLR has said it requires a new throttle body, turbo and charge air cooler (£3.5k). Needless to say, £6k repairs on a 50k miles car were not expected. Serious quality issues! Buyer beware!

Dropped a car off at 08.15 for a routine recall and had to sit arounf till gone 5pm waiting for it to be done, car was meant to be cleaned and it wasnt. Awful service and we will not use them ever again

Yeovil Land Rover love to rip you off! Appalling!!! I took my Evoque (14 plate full service history) to yeovil Land Rover, as it had a bad knocking noise on full lock. I collected my car the following day due to extreme flooding in our local area, to be told that it would cost £4.616 to mend. The service personnel Gareth waggled his finger at me saying he didn?t know what my financial situation was like but this is how much it would cost to repair my vehicle, shoving the paperwork over his desk at me. He informed me that his service manager has said my car required a new part. There is a possibility that they could do a payment plan but I would be better off spending the money on another vehicle. After asking lots of Land Rover technicians, RAC personnel and joining lots of Facebook forums I was made to feel like yeovil were taking the Michael. I took my car to a specialist landrover business in Yeovil to be told that my car could be mended for £282 but flushing the haldex unit. As Yeovil landrover have never replaced a haldex for a new one. They have only ever been flushed which rectifies the issue. These should be flushed every 40k or there abouts. And I was asked as to what warning lights I had on my dash. As if the haldex unit had failed I would have certainly had several warning lights showing which mine had none.So after Yeovil wanting me to spend nearly £5k on a part I?ve spent £282. Ans I will never be going to Yeovil again. Especially after they sprayed my car with traffic/brake dust remover and took all the lacquer offOf the plastics on my car and the silver paint off of the badging on the rear of my car a couple of years ago. I have also called yeovil several times asking to speak to the service/business managers but now weeks have gone by and I?ve still not had any reply at all. Disgusting way to treat someone, what if this was your mum dad or grandparents who put their full trust in landrover as they are meant to be a high quality brand. I will never be using main dealer Land Rover again as the specialist in Yeovil couldn?t have been nicer and actually made me feel like my vehicle is important.Escalated with Adrian Mardell (ceo) Land Rover customer services and Yeovil landrover.Apart from a very lovely lady helping and emailing the business manager of Yeovilwho asked to contact myself I?ve been ignored by all contacted.

I recently purchased an amazing Special Edition Defender from Yeovil Landrover, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Beth, our sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process so smooth and totally enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and everyone was attentive and courteous throughout the entire process. Had a query on with regards to the Adblue warning light and phoned to get some advice / information. The person I spoke to on the service department could not have been less helpful. I'd heard through the jungle telegraph that things had gone down hill since Vertu got involved and I couldn't agree more. Very disappointed. On the plus side, I phone Hendy at Poole and they couldn't have been more helpful. Guess where my hard earned pennies will be spent in future!

The worst service I have ever had. Calls not returned for updates, emails ignored.Car returned with faulty parts fitted. Over 14 days to fix the problem that they caused with no loan car.

Service with courtesy car booked months in advance. Got a call at 07:45 the day of appointment to say they have given my reserved courtesy car to another customer as they have been busy. They rudely asked how I want to resolve THEIR problem. Either reschedule my appointment or pay for a third party rental car. Disgusting service, calling the morning of appointment expecting me to reschedule my service the same day. Finally after 2 very unhelpful phone calls I managed to convince the incompetent service rep that he needs to resolve his own problems and not pass the buck onto me. Last time I go here. Utter shambles.
