This review is based about the big barnardos not the little one on Mill Street. The snooty blonde hair woman who works there needs to work on her customer service. Walked into my baby without even apologising. Her attitude stinks. Walking into everyone thinking she owns the place get a grip.

I went with some great charity items to this centre I know it was just after lock down and appreciate how busy they were. But the greeting and tutting and unhelpfullness I got from the woman who was behind the counter was unreal. If I have items again I think I'll take them elsewhere. Friendliness and politeness has definitely died in our customer services whether voluntary or not.
