????? When we were looking for funeral flowers for my grandad, I knew that I could trust Petals Florist having used them before for family gifts. Their customer service is second to none, they really do care about getting the details right for you, especially for such an important day. I sent pictures of ideas and they were so helpful in taking the time to go through the different options and what would work well. They liaised directly with the funeral director about delivering them so they were ready for the funeral cars, taking off the stress off what was an already difficult process. Petals were on hand and very quick to respond with any questions I had. On the day the flowers were absolutely beautiful, exactly what I had in my mind, the colours, the style everything was perfect. The family all commented on how stunning the arrangements were.
Thank you so much Petals, you helped us give my Grandad the beautiful send off we wanted.

Some time ago Petals did the flowers for my Mam's funeral. I had a 5 ft cross, the word Mam with posies in it and a white swan on blue ribbons. Even the funeral directors said they were the best tributes they had ever seen and, without my requesting, the florists put in crystals and faux pearls and also feathers on the swan.. The swan really was something to behold and the tributes really looked like the staff put a personal heart and soul into it.I have sent bouquets from Petals and other things as well as having bought things for my garden. One bouquet with very showy orchids lasted over 3 weeks and the recipient was amazed. The service here is kind, sensitive and personal. I would not go elsewhere. Fantastic! You did Mam proud. Thank you xxxx
