Staff are friendly and helpful. “Used to live next to here when i was a kid and it was an amazing shop i used to love when my dad would take me here and i knew i was gonna get load of sweets!! so much nostalgia from this shop”

“What an enchanting place , or so i thought ! I visited late at night (despite my fear of the dark) and immidetly got the impression it was haunted i was frightened to go to the dairy isle and rightly so as when i reached it the ghost of my long dead uncle was there seeking toilet rolls . Oh well i thought i have had to overcome worse adversity (i had served as a fire fighter in the battle of stalingrad as a fire fighter alongside famed Russian composer Dimitri Shostakovich)As i approched the eggs i realized that my uncle was actually very much alive as ghosts dont need to go to the toilet as they have no gastric system . Greetings my uncle said ,how eggselent to see you ,but i was too drunk to speak ,after a long wait i said are a ghoolie but he punched me in the face so i left the store eggsausted and embarrassed as the woman at the till had watched the whole incident ,she demanded an eggsplanation but i couldnt give her one as i had consumed 8 gallons of river water as i fell into the Dearn . Eggsausted i left .the experiance was eye opening as i look on it without alchol or river water in my body , 5 stars”
