Not my favourite place to shop. Had bought something online and needed to return.Staff polite and helpful. Slight wait with queing times.There's more choice and quality I feel for men than women I personally not that impressed with choice of clothes. The household section is over priced too in comparison to ebay and amazon.Overall its OK but never a shop I specifically choose to go to.

Shame the fitting room was closed. Had about £250 of holiday clothes to try on, different sizes, etc. Was told they offer a money back returns policy so I can return unwanted items. Left the items outside the changing room and went to Next instead. Tried on and purchased what fitted without the need to return to the shop for a refund.
