I have always gone to this store for Three Mills 5.5 fruit infusions wine, however today as I could not reach the top shelf my 17yr old son reached up and I put 2 bottles into my basket. Once at the till I was then asked for my sons I.d when I asked why the wine was mine the assistant then proceeded to say that because he had picked it down for me he was responsible for it. There was NO notice saying under 18s should not touch or attempt to help anyone not tall enough. I then asked if I could go and get it myself from the shelf to which the staff member refused me service of this item. I was absolutely disgusted in the manner I was treat and was not given the opportunity to then collect the wine myself. The manager was also none cooperative.

There ok but they have sectioned off all the isles so you have to walk for a long time to get to the tills i dont recommend if your disabled as it a far distance to the tills if you struggle waiting

The layout of the shop is one way so it's a bit inconvenient if you find what you're looking for on the first isle and can't go straight to the till because it's closed off. It's a bit dark and dingy too but they do have big discounts on certain things so if they have what you want it's most likely going to be cheaper to buy it there than somewhere else

Really really great shop. Get all mi air freshner stuff and toiletries from here as it saves money. Good for cleaning stuff and painkillers and allergy tabs too
