Went today for some sanding sheets, knew exactly what I wanted just that bush didn?t have time to mess about looking. Told the women on counter exactly what it is I wanted & she didn?t have a clue, was quite rude & basically said a few times I needed to find code. Because she clearly couldn?t be bothered to just type in what I was asking for. In end a found it and got served but al not be going back when servers can be so arrogant. No thanks

Shocking member of staff have two orders to collect .but was told there was only one even tho I hd confirmation of both .Seems he wanted to go have his break morenthan sort it outTotal joke service and a member of staff that should be retrained or sacked as they can't do costomer service

I like this place because its easy to order online with the click and collect; no need to waste time going store to store looking to see if they have the item in stock. You can order online and collect at the store you want. Its fast and the service is great with plenty of parking outside.
