Had to return some hiking boots today even though they were extremely busy they sorted me out 👍

Came in for a brand new pair of football boots to then purchase them, got home and realised I’ve purchased someone sloppy seconds with visible scuff marks and stains etc, Not happy in the slightest, could have at least said they were pre worn/owned but no labelled them as new.
