My daughters birthday 2/4/24 12 people eating her husband paid £700 service wasnt good we ate our mains then they came round with desert menu 4 people ordered as we got them they were told to eat then as soon as possible as people were waiting for table ? at one point they took one of thee deserts of the table while she was eating it ?disgraceful ?the food was good service the worse .

Visited for the first time on 29/02/2024 I must say I can?t fault A thing the food was fabulous the staff friendly and helpful.I must say it?s the best Italian I?ve visited outside Italy.

Absolutely disgusting. My daughter had her 30 er.food was disgusting way over priced everyone complained.people was overcharged an had to get refund.fish over cooked reheated. Sauces no flavour had to be returned. £40 a prosseco bottle seriously. Never ever to return. Lost a lot of custom.

We came for a special lunch on Thursday 28th December 2023. I had salmon on risotto followed by dessert my friend had special burger and dessert both from the lunch menu. Presentation of both meals exceptional and believe me tasted amazing. It was as close to perfect as you could get so massive compliments to the chef . The young staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back again particularly as it was also excellent value for money.

Book here for quality at every level. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Menu is focused with tastes for everyone and the standard of presentation and taste equal the best in Italy!

Disappointed ? starters were good so we were hopeful...two of us ordered rib eye, £35 on the bone. Asked for it to be cooked medium because that's how it should be cooked, to allow the fat to render. After a very long wait, which wasn't too bad because there was 11 of us to keep each other entertained, the food arrived. On appearance the steak looked amazing, however when we cut into it, it was rare and my sons was practically blue, to the point he couldn't eat so he sent it back. I decided I'd try and eat mine but I couldn't get past a few mouthfuls because it took too long to chew! At the end of the meal, we complained about the steaks and they knocked one off the bill. To be honest I'd rather it had come cooked to order, I'd never spend £35 on a steak but thought I'd treat myself, gutted I didn't get to enjoy my meal.

Upon entering and being seated, I was immediately hit in the face with the corner of a menu by the waiter. Obviously this was an accident so I wouldn't normally be too bothered but he wasn't particularly apologetic and instead joked that "there'll be a claim coming". I didn't think that was very funny considering he nearly had my eye out. After this, we ordered and we could hear murmurs from the waiters about our table as we'd arrived with less people than originally booked with. This mafe us self-concious and ruined the atmosphere for us. The food was rather tasteless and quite disappointing. All in all not a great night for us and we likely won't be back.
