I've given up with them. Prescriptions consistently filled late, half-filled, or in a couple of cases, not at all.As others have mentioned, they NEVER pick up the phone so if you want to find out why your prescription is late you have to physically go in and that can entail a long wait as there are often queues right out of the door because despite there being clearly many members of staff milling about there is only ever one person dealing with customers.On my last visit it took 35 minutes just to get to the counter and then another 20 minutes waiting around because they'd missed an item that my GP had sent a prescription over for three weeks previously.I feel sorry for the front line staff, they do their best but behind the scenes this place is a sad joke of a service. That leaves precisely zero competent pharmacies in Bentley as the other one a few doors up is even worse!

Only gave one star as couldn?t select no stars. They WILL NOT answer the phone. This must be a policy decision. No choice but to go into shop and wait with lots and lots of other irritated customers. Absolutely DREADFUL customer service. Last month they gave me another patient?s prescription.

Its over 1week now i haven't had a text message from when. I have phoned my doctor's surgery to find out if my prescription were sent over to the pharmacy. It was sent over on the 20th of October this is ridiculous i need my medication.l have ring the pharmacy they are not answering the phone. I know they might be busy but it only takes one person to talk the call. That is why im only rating one star.

When I rang to use Well as my pharmacy as delivery, they promised me the world. An amazing service, prescription filled within 48 hours and delivered straight away. It's never happened. I always have to ring to find out where my prescription is. They tell me I can pick it up. I constantly tell them I'm disabled and need delivery, but it never happens. Last week, they told me on Wed they had my prescription. i asked them to deliver. They promised Friday. I waited all day. No delivery. Then I received a text saying it was ready to pick up. They never answered the phone all day. An elderly neighbour had to pick it up for me on Saturday. I've been with them for 3 months, and each month, it's been similar.

1 star because it won?t let me go into minus figures. Appalling service. Don?t answer the phone or reject your call. No texts sent. Had my prescription over a week snd it?s still not ready. Not good enough. These are life saving drugs. If you can?t handle your contract urgently give it to someone who can. Not enough staff is not a good reason.
