They came out with no samples as requested, when I explained what I wanted they just didn?t interested in the job I wanted doing.We felt judged, and that our requests wasn?t enough of a job for them.

Appalling customer service. Could not be bothered to let us know the chosen flooring was not available after they assured us it was. Totally let us down the day before the new flooring was due and after we had cleared the rooms of furniture and carpeting. Quite possibly the most unprofessional business it has been my misfortune to be involved with.
