Open late. Over promise and under deliver. Never have the medication, or say they do and when you go to collect they don't have the right amount. The staff are rude and act like their lack of effort is someone else's fault. Seems to be getting worse in the last 6 months. No communication and when they do communicate the information is wrong. Honestly if there was anywhere better, I would never use them again. RUDE UNHELPFUL AND USELESS.

By far the worst chemist I've ever been in. The black female pharmacist is rude and seriously unprofessional. The wait times are ridiculous and never have the stock needed. Will not visit again.

The staff are extremely rude to customers.Confidentiality does not exist here.Questioned in front of many customers about personal circumstances.The reviews are obviously not taken on board as the negative behaviour continues.

Accompanied a friend as Chemist was very rude last time she went in suffering with anxiety. What a disorganised place, very blunt staff, rude & a mess behind the counter!!

Worse Pharmacy in Doncaster, nothing ever in stock and they don't make an effort to order owed prescriptions. Total Shame!!!

Never got anything in stock, even the simplest medication. Only use if i really need to, and need a prescription fast, but like i say, its never in stock, so have to get doctor to write a alternative all the time!

Loathed to give the one star!! The, on shift Pharmacist is Loud, obnoxious and rude! The none medically trained staff asking personal questions! Not a place I?ll frequent again! Poor, poor service and attitude!

Unfortunately this pharmacy hasn?t changed it?s opening times on here and it?s not open until 9am so if you?re needing to collect a prescription before work? don?t bother? signs outside still say opens at 7am? receptionist in doctors next door confirmed change of hours 9 til 9 now

One member of staff in particular insists on shouting at customers and is extremely rude. Poster in window advertises as being open every day including ALL Bank Holidays, but I have walked up only to find them shut. When I brought the poster up, the afore mentioned member of staff told me to send an email to Management. The poster is still in the window. Was not interested. Prescriptions are nearly always short and you have to go back on another day to get the rest of your medications. Chemist has gone right downhill

Incompetent staff, very disorganised. I have been 4 times to collect my prescription, fist time it was not ordered, second time they ordered it it did not arrive, third time it arrived but could not find it. Really silly, this happened with more than one prescription, left my phone number so they could call me when it is ready, one week in no one called.
