Overall i good charity shop, I've bought lots of well priced items from there. The staff are very mixed with some very kind lovely people and some not so much.However, they seemingly dont check all their items. I purchased a table football for my child, but there was no table football in the box, just random junk. I said something the next time i visited, and the women just kind of shrugged. They also sold me a kids remote control car, without any battery covers. I didn't even get to the car and noticed they were missing, so obviously went back. When i explained the woman was funny about exchanging the said item. So overall, some good pieces, but check everything carefully before leaving. And dont always expect great customer service

My husband tried to take a bag of children?s clothes and toys this morning and was greeted with the rudest lady opening the shop. This lady tried to record him and then went on to say he was fly tipping as he put the bag down outside the shop even though he tried to explain he just wanted to leave the bag of toys and clothes as He was in a rush on his way to work and I had asked him to drop these things at the charity shop. He had never done it before I usually take our unwanted items and so just thought he would leave it there as the lady was opening the shop anyway. She made him feel like he had done something wrong and gave him a lot of abuse which I think is utterly disgusting. If you have got no customer service you shouldn?t work in a shop! Especially a charity shop where people fetch things out the goodness of their hearts to only be treat asif you are doing something wrong. Disgusting! You should find another job where you do not have to interact with humans you horrible woman.

Visited the shop today with lots of clothes had a real good spring clean the staff were very grateful only to discover that i had put a new pair of jeans in with it all went back to the shop and the lady in there was very helpful went through lots of things but couldn't find then left her my number just in case and guss what she rang me to say she had found them. ? so pleased can't thank her enough will have to be more careful next time thanks again ladies.??

I highly recommend a visit. The Manager and staff are very obliging and nothing is too much trouble. The stock is clean and realistically priced. In my opinion Banardos is a very worthy cause and this shop is well worth supporting.

Best Barnardos in Doncaster, they have nice and friendly staff, it's always very clean and doesn't smell like some charity shops can do and I've found some great deals there too, it's definitely worth a visit if your in the neighbourhood.

I do love a charity shop. Got 2 coats a gillet and 2 pairs of earings for £12 bargain. Lovely lady that served me happy and service with a smile. Thanks ?

So so charity shop, prices can be steep, they also need to update their opening hours on here, just travelled 20 minutes to find they open at 10am and not 9am like it says online.
