I went to the Barnstable branch of dfs to have a browse and was greeted by two male members of staff who were both extremely courteous and knowledgeable without being pushy will definitely return to the store when I am ready to purchase

My mother bought a new sofa from DFS and paid through DFS for the old one to be removed by Clearabee. They were in a rush and didn’t listen to my mother who suggested they break it down more to get out of the door. So result was this. I am not able to use the chaise lounge on our sofa as it dips in on the back raising the feet area. Enfield store manager called and rudely said that there was nothing they could do. I have tried to fix the problem by doing a quick DIY job which i am sharing on every platform. Shame on you DFS
