We are now in delivery of our 2 Lucia arm chairs and it was well worth the few weeks wait after ordering them. Very generous in size they are great to snuggle in to on a cold winters night. A pleasant experience from start to finish, efficiently dealt with by Neil at the Carcroft store and delivered with care and attention by two pleasant delivery guys.The only criticism is that you cannot contact the store direct, which is a shame. You either go in personally if you need to chat more with them or ring the customer services hub and they email the store for you. This is taking control too far. Still highly recommend.

The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. Faulty sofa feet which took 6 months to be sorted. To be then offered a £90 voucher which was never received. Called customer services to chase the voucher 5 times. Promised call backs and had absolutely nothing. I will never buy a sofa from this company again.

We are returning customers at DFS and always have a very good customer experience.We were supported by Joe (after many return visits).Buying a sofa is a huge purchase and expensive! One that takes a lot of thought and consideration. Joe was great and had lots of patience. He answered every question we had honestly to help us with the final decision!We even made an error with our order and Joe rectified this the next day.My only complaint was when we realised our error we were not able to contact the store directly by phone. We were put through to a general call centre who sent an email to the store...they couldn't even ring the store.

Sad to say I have had to edit my review2 beds ordered both is shocking condition and rejected customer service none existent still waiting for deposit back after weeks of chasing promised call backs that happen when I do get a call the phone goes dead as soon as I answer rude contact centre staff and will do anything not to helpWe had the same issue when we got our sofa then Covid hit fair enough this brought difficult times this time there is no excuse with the same expectanciesHad delivery date booked and confirmed the day came no bed only to be told the bed has not been made yetTake my advice stay away unless you like badly made and damaged furniture and like to be lied to ??

Only went to browse as we're in the market for a new settee. The staff were friendly the prices were very reasonable compared to other well known specialists and the comfort is amazing compared to other well known specialists. Will definitely be getting our next settee from them when the time is tight

Customer service for selling us very good but as a company when things go wrong....let's just say hope nothing does go wrong! Also if they suggest having your old settee collected then definitely don't!! No one is accepting responsibility for damage caused!!

Nice range of sofas but the employee that was helping me and my parents turned quite rude and abrupt when we told him we had staff discount and kept telling us he would no longer make comission, which made all of us uncomfortable.

*Edited up to 4 stars as following the initial delay I did receive the sofa and all good we like it, very comfortable sofa with power reclining.My complaint is about the delivery date being randomly changed, despite being initially told it would be delivered 8th November, with collection of old sofa 7th November, so we made plans around work etc for those dates having received confirmation from both DFS and Clearabee that those were the collection and delivery dates. They have now randomly informed me that those delivery dates that they provided were wrong, and delayed delivery at some inconvenience to ourselves. I have now put the new dates they say and will again arrange work etc around this....let's see if it actually turns up this time! ps not complaining about the sofa itself which we liked, just the customer service around changing the planned collection and delivery dates.
