Went to return something. Was told I couldn't because I didn't have the original packaging. I never received the original packaging, they grabbed it straight off the display when they sold it to me. I came to H.Samuel to buy a gift for my boyfriend and was greeted by Lexy and she was friendly and really nice and gave me a lot of information.
