It's OK, honestly the best local KFC as the others have been known to serve cold chicken. Comparatively this one gets my order right and they're not slow like the KFC at Scunthorpe Lakeside who take their time.

Appalling customer service. Sat in a hot car stuck in a drive thru for 20 minutes. Not because it was busy but because the service was so poor. When creating my order the woman serving was very rude and keeps getting it wrong, she then didn't confirm my order (like they usually do) so I ended up sat at the speaker waiting for her to be very rude on the intercom. I have been to this site several times and every time I end up having to wait in the drive thru for ages! Only reason it has 2 stars is cos the food is always good

Quick lunch: had the value mega box , with 4 chicken pieces, fries and curry sauce and a coffee, all for £5.Value for money if you are in a hurry can get your drive through order in few minutes
