Rude staff - From today?s experience absolutely no customer service training at all. I always wait in line until I?m invited to the checkout - 3 members of staff chatting. No one looked at me as I approached the counter. Not even a hello. said hello and gave the young man my pumpnumber. He didn?t break conversation apart from to give me the total. Still not looking I tapped my card and waited for my receipt? I then had to ask ? without a work shot me a dirty look pressed to print the receipt and carried on his conversation? couldn?t believe it. Morrisons has always been store and station of choice. What?s going wrong!

Would give 0 stars.My partner went into the petrol station to get a few bits only to be mocked by the cashier. My partner will occasionally get a red face due allergic reactions. Unfortunately, today was one of those days. Not only does he have to deal with low self esteem due to this but now he cannot even go into a shop to buy basic essentials without getting shamed by one of the cashiers. This woman clearly needs to be spoken to about shaming others. I will be going further with this complaint.

Very poor experience with the rudest of staff. I followed the "correct" procedure to use the Adblue pump, as "trained" by previous staff (who were great). Pump didnt work, but told by Alison (maybe not real name, the lady refused to give her name), that I should not be using the Adblue pump as it was for HGVs only. When I said I had previously been told I could, she was very curt, "well I am telling you now!!!!" Even when I went in to the shop initially, a HGV driver leaving remarked the staff are rude. Alison even tried to say the pump would only work on HGVs, not cars..... been fine for many months on my car. Luckily, Claire, put Alison right, and said it was just diesel, cars cant fill up with, AdBlue was OK. Over many months I have seen a deterioration of the customer care of the staff, today was very poor. It seemed too much for anyone to help, even the robot on the tills. Apparently, when ask for the managers details, I was informed they do not have a manager. I was told any complaint must go to head office. Oh, no soap in the toilet either.

Morbid staff, toilets disgusting, my morrisons card doesn't work for meal deal at self check out, incorrect pricing on items (Rockstar drink labeled £1 however charged more) and lottery ticket machine seems to be broken when ever needing to claim a prize.Apart from cheap fuel, everything else is appalling.

Omg how can morrison's put there name on this place. Called for fuel on our way down south, needed to use the toliets, disgusting is too good a word, paper with facese on the floor, stunk of urine, absolutely filthy, couldn't wait to get out from the stench, poor disabled people having to use these facilities who won't be to get out as quick as I.

No receipt?s at the pumps in my last twenty plus visits so I take it that the staff can?t be bothered and old diesel spills are never cleaned up so end up on the carpet and pedals in your vehicle ?

My receipt doesn't show how much the fuel was or how much I spent. That's the whole point of getting a receipt for work.??????

Hi, I am sorry to report that this site is not operated well at all. The bins are always full, no gloves to use when refueling, the pumps never have any till roll in them and the toilet is disgusting and smells awful. I would speak to someone about it but I feel that it would fall on deaf ears.

Today is my last time when i go there. Was to rinse my van today there with the pressure washer and didn't had enough pressure. I go to cashier to complain and he said to call the number of company wich is on the pressure washer. I look but nowhere was any contact to that company. I return to cashier, told him to come outside but he didn't care. They leave people to spend money on something wich is not working. I put the cones when i left so nobody can use it to spent money for nothing and the petrol station employers don't care. Of course my van was only wet and not clean ! So i pay for nothing!!! I will let know the other people to don't use anymore that station ???

When it's quite it's ok but When it's busy it's carnage...witnessed 2 OAP`s fighting each other and hogging both pumps which I can only describe as watching the spice heads in town centre fighting over the next bag... Staff behind the counter are about as aware of thier surroundings as a lost puppy in the middle of new York... And if you ask the staff to swap one of the gas bottles "obviously to pay for it" because its too much of an effort they'll just try and fob you off....Anyway.. Decided to take my business elsewhere... Somewhere I don't have to speak to someone who with the same IQ as sid the sloth from ice age... ?
