Absolutely terrible customer service..You go there and they made you feel like you bothering them..Very rude especially that one with glasses and tone of make up..Right away sending people away that we have to do everything online from home..Shocking behavior towards old people..You don't like dealing with people, don't work in customer service ???...

Went in to this Natwest. Nobody approached me to see if i needed any help, and on top of that the coin machine wasn't working. Which i have heard is a common occurrence.

If I could give 0 I would. Such a big building no staff on the counters directed to use the machines. They never work! How are you supposed to pay cheques in! It would have cost them less in staff time today to have someone on the counter and not the 3 rushing round trying to fix the machines and deal with unhappy customers. NatWest employ some more people!

My dad went in to the Doncaster branch on Monday, he is frail and a little confused. The lady who served him went over and above to make sure he got sorted. She had so much patience and really looked after him. Even walking him to my car when he had finished. Fantastic service I can?t praise her enough.

Got through in 2 minutes, gave my name and bank details. Then found myself on hold for 8 or 10 minutes, gave up in the end as its a premium number and was costing a fortune...

I was with with NatWest for over 40 yearsThey started closing branches and letting standards slip , so I used the main branch in DoncasterThe CEO of NatWest needs to realise that Customer?s are the most important people in any business not the shareholder?sI asked about £50 notes in branch and was told ?We don?t issue them as there is no demand?? I am a customer and I have a demand?Not interested , not even a sorryI walked across the road to TSBThey bent over backwards , gave me a cup of tea , opened me an account , sorted everything out for meNatWest you are in denial your customers are leaving you because you stopped caring

The best costumer service as help me with a big problem wich wass not solved for few months ,As can I say thank you verry much Hellen Hawkrige for the high experience show and for the understand people wich have poor English speaking ,She had solved the problem wich another employe for the brunch Doncaster didn't help..God bless you for your skills as and patient my have your costumer..
