Store colleagues doesn?t know anything about Royal Mail collection. One of them said they can do collection for Royal Mail for anyone but that wasn?t the case. At the end, my post got returned straightaway. Please do not give false advises to customers as the steps to get the parcel back is 10 times longer, time consuming and extra cost to get it redelivered! Utterly disappointed.

I'd give it 5 stars if they took time to state the correct opening times! Someone must be in charge of the website ? The two ladies that have served me have been first class. So helpful.

Post office is not open after 5.30pm. Was told Monday by the post office it was open till 10pm for collections as the spar staff have access. Called in today at 6pm to get told they don?t have access so I can not of been told it was. I?m guessing this post offices opening hours needs updating on Google too then

Awful. refused to take a click and drop parcel for some completely unknown reason. Post Office customer service had no idea why either. Took the parcel somewhere else and they took it straight away. Seriously rude and abrupt woman at the counter too. Won't be back!

Like to go in and get a good batch of limited edition stamps to complete my 100th stamp book, staff really friendly apart from one the old hag, gives me hassle everytime I enter the establishment which causes my anxiety to go through the roof, regards BIG KEV
