Absolute disgraceful customer service. Pair of trainers sat there for £50 quid so i took them to the counter. A young las approached me and asked my size. After waiting 15 minutes he came back again to ask me my size. Embarressingly the guys on the till unprofessionaly commented that we wont see him again today and then after another ten minutes decided to mock him again saying whats he doing making them.... when he finally got he said if you want these they are 60 quid somebody displayed them wrong. At that point i said surely they are sold at display price. Apperently not he just walked off.... last time i shop there.

average experience, prices reasonable but not sure it makes up for all the issues reported in the news.

I always manage to get what i am looking for and at a great price. I particularly like buying online then collecting in store with the added bonus of a £5 voucher. Yes it dose entice you to spend more money, but you can save up your vouchers then make a free purchase. The only bad thing is the ques at the tills. Even the shortest queue seems to take ages, but i guess that's a small price to pay for the low prices.

Don't know why anyone would visit these stores. So crammed and badly laid out. No paths and every fixture so close together (it's like they are trying to trap you in there) never enough staff, and the few there are look demoralised. Zero hour contract and constantly trying to flog mugs and bags for life I guess I would feel the same
