Pre ordered a meal at 5.40 pm for delivery at 8pm, called them at 8.20pm to ask where my order was and was told that it was on its way, food turned up at 8.35pm and was stone cold, items also missing and the naan bread was as hard as a frisbee, tried calling to tell the restaurant but phone line was constantly engaged, food ended up in bin as I didn?t fancy re heating a takeaway up that I just paid £24 for, will not be using again, very poor food quality and even worse customer service. 1 star.

I must admit its the first time I have purchased a pizza from Istanbul Kebab and Pizza and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. I ordered a 14 inch tuna pizza and it didnt touch the sides. Excellent delivery.Thanks again

Ordered a take away online at 18:20 for delivery. Had to drive down at 20:30 for our money back as they had not even started our order. I shall not be using this place again.
