Terrible service, rude and arrogant. I was charged £20 for eye drops. I didn't mind paying (rather than take up a Dr's appointment and it wouldn't have then cost me anything as I get free prescriptions). What was upsetting is the fact that I have since discovered that the same product costs only £7.99 at other pharmacy's. I went back to Pharmacy M and asked why he had charged me £20 and he really didn't care less and was again very rude. I won't go to this pharmacy again he offered no advice on other products that might have saved me money and I don't want to be made to feel how he made me feel. At my age and suffering with cancer this is not an experience I need !!

I thought this chemist used to be really good, opening times catered for people who work. Opening times have changed and are restrictive if you work all day. Called in today and counted 7 staff, I was stood there 10 minutes and no one offered to serve me. They always look busy but a dedicated member of staff to deal with customers would be good. Shame.

I'm struggling to understand pharmacy m .. they were the best and understanding ..but after years gone bye it as failed me many times ....but I will say the pharmacy m owner really under stood you and he was a real gentleman

Really good pharmacy, so far they have always gone above and beyond for us when we have needed urgent prescriptions. Really grateful for each member of staff here, never had an issue.

I was able to get antibiotics here that were out of stock everywhere else, pharmacist was so kind and considerate,will definitely use pharmacy M again.

I strongly debated on giving this a 1 but decided against it as it's only 2 employees I've had bad service from. So to the others I apologise.There has been no professionalism, when called by the pharmacist I have had to make sure he doesn't hang up before I'm finished as the first time he did and the two following he tried to.The other man I spoke to there called me by the incorrect name 3 times even though I'd spelled it out the first time. I'm convinced he did it on purpose if I'm honest because his voice sounded amused.When you work in healthcare and you don't know the person on the other end you'd think you'd be polite and understanding. That phone call sent off a huge panic attack and almost triggered an asthma attack.It costs nothing to be kind.

We have used Pharmacy M since they established in the New Surgery. Having spoken to 'Martin' very recently, we have always received excellent service from them, although, through the coronavirus period, the pharmacy have certainly been under pressure, and still delivered an efficient service. Wonderful service as always. Just wish the customers would be a lot more nicer and patient with the staff - I don't know how the staff put up with some people.
