Quite a large store selling stationary and books. Has a large selection of craft products, games, wool, puzzles etc. Has started putting its christmas craft stuff out also art books,pens, paints etc. There's a bit of a sale on at the moment chance to pick up some early xmas pressies it will soon be here. Found the store easy to get round and plenty of assistants to ask if you were stuck. Worth a look round.

It is a shop. They are corporate and they work on a template. All of them have the same layout and a similar format. The items are the same in all of them. All I can sometimes comment about is if a member of staff has been particularly nice or went above and beyond. Experiences vary according to your own behaviour.

Absolute joke!! Went shopping for 5 hours and was 13 minutes over the ? time limit? that is clearly NOT stated for people to see, £60 fine. Daylight robbery, will not be paying it or shopping here again. Joke

I asked if some storage boxes would be due in stock one of the members of staff went to check in warehouse for me and found them .excellent customer service .all staff are very helpful and friendly

disgusted. try to help out shops recover after the pandemic and get a £60 parking fine for the pleasure of spending hundreds in the shops. An excellent way to encourage more people to stick to online shopping and kill the high street and jobs. don't bother visiting here, just go to amazon amd stop at home.

The parking system in place at parkgate is absolutely ridiculous. For one your limited to time, which when you have young children who often need feeding etc is very limiting, also the lack of parent and child spaces is frankly disgusting. People need space to be able to get children out in car seats! However the spaces are that rammed together it is impossible especially when you have two babies both in car seats so need space on both sides! However don?t park over two spaces or heaven forbid in one of the 500 disabled spaces allocated as you receive ridiculous fines! How about making the complex accessible for every one? Or is it better to off load babies in the middle of the car park so you can squeeze your car in to a space.
