Absolutely disappointed. Used to order from here under previous owners and food was amazing. However under new owners it has gone down hill. Last 2 orders have been disappointing, half of food was missing, sent wrong drinks and food was stone cold and the quality isn't half as good, quite tasteless. WILL NOT be ordering again.

Restaurant substituted parts of our order with food we didn't ask for because they didn't have enough of what we ordered (they didn't ask us if we wanted this, just expected us to take it - this is an issue because chicken was replaced with cheese for someone who is lactose intolerant). Once we'd phoned up and complained, they finally delivered again what we asked for originally, but the driver was extremely rude. Used to be loyal recurring customers, won't be anymore.

Our order was wrong, they sent a completely different item than what was ordered. The oreo cheesecake was disgusting, it tasted horrible, only nice thing was the cheesy chips.

ordered pizzas and was told 1 hour for delivery... rung up and was told only 1 driver on was not told this at the time of placing our order. Arrived 2 hours later absolutely feeling cold and tasteless . won't order from there again ???

Ordered a chicken tikka and lamb doner and this is what arrived not a happy customer. Won't be ordering again . disgusting and for you to charge £9 for something we didn't order. It's worth about £4 tops pretty bad this.

Ordered q burger no sauce and salad got here with sauce on and now they won't resolve the issue now I have to go the night with no food and blisters in my mouth because I'm allergic to the sauce cheers for the annifeletic shock
