I was in this shop Sunday morning while walking around I found what looked like a safe key on one of the shelves, I handed it to a group of shop assistants, not one of them said thank you, I also noticed none of the staff were happy to be there, I also see that Herron prices are no longer among the cheapest, you have to be careful what you pick up in this place.

Manager at the Bellows Road store needs to learn manners, he has no time for his customers, very arrogant. You can't even look at things because if he's filling up and you're there he huff's and puffs and mumbles swear words under his breath instead of just asking if I could step aside. I stupidly asked him for an item and he snapped at me. The previous manager was lovely, this one needs a customer service and manners course.
